Atica – Immersive Gastronomic Restaurant

Summary

An immersive, sensory journey into Basque Country set in a former cinema, blending art, gastronomy, and high-tech.

Description

Atica offers a one‑of‑a‑kind immersive culinary experience in Paris. Housed within the former Le Seine cinema, this 420 m² venue transforms each dinner into an eight‑act spectacle, featuring 360° projections across 112 m² of 16K ultra‑high‑resolution screens.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted by an art exhibition and an olfactory capsule revealing the essence of the current seasonal theme – currently the Basque Country. Expect tactile sculptures, immersive soundscapes, and locally inspired cocktails (Espelette pepper) crafted with renowned artisans.

Guests descend into a dramatic black‑box dining room via a spiral staircase, where the 6–8 course meal unfolds. Each dish is introduced by a short film highlighting an artisan or ancestral tradition. Signature plates include modern pintxos, txistorra‑spiced pork belly, and a Basque cheesecake with Patxaran compote.

Founder Ramzi Saade, a Lebanese engineer trained in North American and Danish gastronomy, teamed with architect Chloé Leymarie to merge tradition and innovation, nature and tech.

Atica is ideal for food lovers, design aficionados, and curious travelers seeking a timeless, smartphone‑free experience. The atmosphere is refined and immersive, with attentive service.
